Apple Pie
Three pounds of fresh apples with the right mix of spices, fully enclosed in a crust we make by hand and baked golden with coarse sugar over the top. Small size only.
Blueberry Pie
A handmade crust mounded with blueberries and blueberry preserve under a cinnamon crumb topping. Small size only.
Fresh Fruit & Custard Pie
Blueberries, strawberries and kiwi laid out over creamy vanilla custard in our own pie crust.
Coconut Cream Pie
A generous mound of our coconut cream filling in a crust we make ourselves, with whipped cream, coconut and cherries.
Cookie Trays
Cookies come on trays of 35, 55, 75 or 95.
Key Lime Pie
Made the old way on a thick graham cracker crust, with fresh whipped cream and white chocolate limes.
Coconut Cream Cake
White cake layers filled with coconut cream — vanilla custard, whipped cream and coconut together — then whipped cream, more coconut and cherries on top.
Lemon Cake
Yellow cake layers filled and covered in lemon mousse, white chocolate curls on top.
