Our Story
A bakery and a pizzeria sharing one roof, one kitchen and one set of standards. Good ingredients, a free hand with ideas, and the patience to do things the slow way. That has been the arrangement for twenty-odd years, in two north Georgia shops: Alpharetta and Roswell.
The bakery turns out more than 140 sweet things — 26 cakes, 29 cookies, 18 cheesecakes, 26 pastries, then pies, cupcakes, bars and truffles. The savoury side makes New York-style pizza, calzones and stromboli, nearly all of it from scratch, down to the mozzarella. And the Custom Cake Studio works on weddings, birthdays, reveals and royal icing cookies the year round.
Family owned, family run. Open Tuesday through Sunday, 11am–9pm.
