Black & White Cake

Boston Cream Cake
Three yellow cake layers filled with Boston pastry cream — custard and whipped cream folded together — and topped with chocolate ganache. Small, large or half sheet.
Chocolate Mousse Cake
Three layers of chocolate chiffon stacked with chocolate mousse between and around them, then buried in Belgian sprinkles. Small, large or half sheet.
Red Velvet Cake
Red velvet layers stacked higher than is strictly sensible, classic cream cheese frosting between them. Small, large or half sheet.
Red Velvet Cheesecake
Two layers of our red velvet cake with New York style cheesecake between them, a thin coat of cream cheese frosting round the outside and red velvet crumbs pressed into it. Large size only.
Chocolate Swiss Roll
Chocolate sponge rolled around whipped cream and Belgian chocolate bark, then covered in ganache.
Chocolate Cream Pie
A thick graham cracker crust filled with our rich chocolate mousse, fresh whipped cream and chocolate curls on top.

Cookie Trays
Trays of 35, 55, 75 or 95. Baked fresh and laid out properly, fifteen kinds of our cookies to a tray. Tray orders go through the shop, by phone or at the counter.
Pastry Trays
Trays of 25, 35 or 45. Small, medium or large, and the pastries on them are baked mini so they work in one hand. Old favourites next to newer ones, and you do not have to pick. Tray orders go through the shop, by phone or at the counter.
Truffle Trays
Trays of 20, 30 or 40. New York, chocolate, turtle and Oreo cheesecake truffles, plus brownie, peanut butter cookie dough and coconut cream. Tray orders go through the shop, by phone or at the counter.
